How We Recycle
Our recycling process is designed to extract maximum value from every pallet. We don't just break them down — we carefully sort, assess, and direct each component to its highest-value next use.
Pallets that can be repaired are restored. Good lumber is salvaged for new products. Remaining wood becomes mulch or biomass fuel. Even the nails are recycled. The result: a 98% waste diversion rate that keeps pallets out of landfills.

What We Accept
We accept a wide range of pallet materials and conditions at our Anaheim facility. If it's made of wood, plastic, or metal and came off a pallet, we can recycle it.
Wood Pallets (All Sizes & Conditions)
Standard 48x40, Euro, oversized, broken, or whole — we take them all. Every wood pallet is assessed and routed to its highest-value recovery path.
Plastic Pallets
HDPE, polypropylene, and other recyclable plastics are shredded and reprocessed into raw pellets for new pallet manufacturing.
Pallet Collars & Accessories
Hinged collars, lids, and dividers are separated, inspected, and either refurbished for resale or broken down for material recovery.
Loose Lumber & Boards
Individual boards, stringers, and deck boards are sorted by grade. Usable pieces become repair stock; the rest is processed into mulch or biomass.
Crates & Skids
Wooden crates and skids are dismantled and processed through the same recovery stream as pallets. Hardware is separated and recycled.
Mixed Loads (We Sort for You)
Not sure what you have? Drop off or schedule a pickup for mixed loads. Our team sorts everything on-site so you don't have to.
What We Don't Accept
- ×Treated or contaminated wood with hazardous chemicals (CCA, creosote)
- ×Construction debris (drywall, concrete, roofing)
- ×Non-pallet materials (furniture, household waste, yard waste)
The Recycling Process
From pickup to new product, here is how every pallet moves through our Anaheim recycling facility.
Collection & Pickup
We pick up pallets directly from your facility anywhere in the greater Anaheim and Orange County area. Schedule recurring pickups or one-time hauls — our trucks come to you.
Sorting & Assessment
Every pallet is inspected by hand and sorted into categories: repairable, salvageable lumber, grindable wood, and metal. This ensures each component reaches its highest-value use.
Dismantling
Pallets that cannot be repaired whole are carefully dismantled. Reusable boards are pulled for repair stock. Nails and fasteners are magnetically separated for metal recycling.
Material Recovery
Damaged wood is processed through industrial grinders to produce mulch, animal bedding, and landscaping material. Remaining wood waste becomes biomass fuel for clean energy generation.
New Product Creation
Recovered lumber becomes repaired pallets or custom products. Mulch and biomass are sold to local landscapers and energy producers. Metal is sent to steel recyclers. Nothing is wasted.
Certifications & Compliance
Our recycling operations meet the highest environmental and safety standards. We provide full documentation so you can report your sustainability impact with confidence.
Zero-Waste Certified Facility
Our Anaheim facility maintains zero-waste certification by diverting 98% or more of all incoming material from landfills through repair, repurposing, and recycling.
EPA Compliant Processing
All recycling operations comply with Environmental Protection Agency regulations for dust control, emissions, stormwater management, and waste handling.
Cal/OSHA Safety Standards
Our facility meets all California OSHA safety requirements including machine guarding, PPE protocols, and regular safety training for all employees.
Sustainability Reporting Documentation
We provide detailed recycling certificates and diversion reports that you can use for your company's sustainability reporting, ESG disclosures, and green initiative tracking.
