Repair Results
Every pallet we repair goes through a thorough inspection, targeted repair, and quality check before it leaves our Anaheim facility. Here are real examples of what our team handles every day.
Broken Deck Board Replacement
Removed 3 cracked boards from the top deck, installed new kiln-dried lumber cut to spec, and re-fastened with ring-shank nails for maximum hold.
Pallet returned to Grade B — cleared for standard warehouse racking and shipping.
Stringer Repair
Sistered a split center stringer with a reinforcement board, secured with carriage bolts and construction adhesive for structural integrity.
Extended pallet life by 4+ additional load cycles, saving the customer the cost of a full replacement.
Full Refurbishment
Complete teardown: cleaned all components, replaced 5 damaged deck boards, re-nailed the entire pallet with new fasteners, and sanded rough edges.
Upgraded from Grade D (unusable) to Grade B — returned to active inventory at a fraction of new pallet cost.
Block Pallet Restoration
Replaced 2 crushed corner blocks with new solid hardwood blocks, re-secured the top and bottom deck boards, and verified dimensional accuracy.

Repair FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most from businesses in Anaheim and across Southern California.
Is it worth repairing vs buying new?
In most cases, yes. Repairing a pallet costs $2–4 on average compared to $12–20 for a new one. A repaired pallet can handle 3–5 more load cycles, delivering the same performance at a fraction of the cost. We evaluate every pallet and only repair those where it makes economic sense.
What pallets can't be repaired?
Pallets with severe mold penetration, chemical contamination that has soaked into the wood, or structural damage affecting more than 60% of the pallet are generally not worth repairing. We also won't repair pallets where the cost would exceed buying recycled replacements. We always give you an honest assessment.
Do you pick up pallets for repair?
Yes. We offer scheduled pickup and delivery throughout the greater Anaheim area and Southern California. For recurring programs, we set up a regular pickup schedule that works with your operations. One-time pickups are also available — just call to arrange a time.
Can you repair plastic pallets?
Our repair services focus on wood pallets — both stringer and block styles. Plastic pallets require specialized welding and molding equipment that differs from our wood-focused operation. We can help you recycle damaged plastic pallets or source replacement wood pallets.
How do I set up a recurring program?
Contact us to schedule an initial assessment. We'll visit your facility, evaluate your pallet volume and condition mix, and recommend a Basic, Professional, or Enterprise plan. Most programs are up and running within one week of signing.
Do you provide repair documentation?
Yes. Every repair order includes a summary report listing the number of pallets received, repairs performed, grade assignments, and final count of pallets returned. Professional and Enterprise plans include more detailed weekly or monthly reporting with trend analysis.
