How fast do you pick up?
Most pickups are scheduled within 2–3 business days. For high-volume sellers (200+ pallets), same-day or next-day pickup is often available. Recurring weekly pickups run on your chosen day automatically.
Do you buy broken pallets?
Yes. We buy pallets in every condition, including broken and damaged ones. Broken pallets still have recycling value — the wood can be repurposed for mulch, biomass fuel, or used as repair parts for other pallets.
Can you pick up from multiple locations?
Absolutely. If your business operates from several sites across Southern California, we can coordinate pickups at each location. Many of our clients have us service two or more warehouses on a regular rotation.
How do I get paid?
For walk-in drop-offs and smaller pickups, we pay on the spot with a check or cash. For ongoing accounts and larger volumes, we offer net-7 or net-15 invoicing with direct deposit available.
Do you provide documentation?
Yes. Every transaction includes a detailed receipt showing quantity, grade, and payout. For recurring sellers, we provide monthly statements. We can also issue certificates of recycling for compliance purposes.
What if I have mixed types?
No problem. We sort and grade on-site during pickup. You don't need to separate wood from plastic or Grade A from Grade C — our crew handles all the sorting and provides a transparent breakdown of the payout.
