Pallet grading isn't standardized across the industry, but our system follows the most widely accepted classification. Here's what each grade means at Anaheim Eco Pallets.
Grade A: Premium / Like New
$7 – $12Grade A pallets are in excellent condition with minimal cosmetic wear. All boards are intact, no staining, no repairs visible. Structurally perfect.
Ideal For:
Export shipping, retail display, food storage, pharmaceutical, any application requiring pristine appearance.
Specifications:
- No broken boards
- No staining or contamination
- All nails flush
- Dimensional accuracy ±1/4"
- Weight capacity: full rated load
Grade B: Standard / Good
$5 – $8Grade B pallets are structurally sound with minor cosmetic imperfections. May have slight discoloration, minor repairs, or surface wear. Fully functional.
Ideal For:
General warehousing, standard shipping, manufacturing, distribution centers, internal logistics.
Specifications:
- Boards may have minor repairs
- Slight discoloration acceptable
- All nails properly driven
- Structurally sound
- Weight capacity: 90-100% rated
Grade C: Economy
$3 – $5Grade C pallets are functional but show visible wear. Multiple repairs may be present. Some cosmetic issues but all structural requirements met.
Ideal For:
One-way shipping, heavy industry, construction materials, internal storage, budget-conscious applications.

Specifications:
- Structural integrity compromised
- Multiple broken components
- May have contamination
- Suitable for dismantling only
