Open Positions
Pallet Repair Technician
Full-TimeAnaheim, CA (On-site)Inspect, repair, and rebuild wooden pallets to meet quality grade specifications. Operate pneumatic nail guns, saws, and hand tools. Sort incoming pallets by grade and route to appropriate processing streams.
Requirements:
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Attention to detail for quality grading
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
- Prior pallet or wood-working experience preferred but not required
CDL Truck Driver
Full-TimeAnaheim, CA (Field)Drive flatbed and stake-bed trucks on daily routes throughout Southern California to pick up used pallets and deliver recycled inventory. Operate forklifts for loading and unloading. Maintain DOT compliance and vehicle logs.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of Southern California roads and logistics
- Customer-facing professionalism
- DOT medical card
Warehouse & Yard Supervisor
Full-TimeAnaheim, CA (On-site)Oversee daily yard operations including incoming pallet sorting, repair line management, inventory organization, and outbound order fulfillment. Lead a team of 8-12 repair technicians and yard workers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years warehouse or yard management experience
- Forklift certified (sit-down and stand-up)
- Team leadership experience
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Sales Account Manager
Full-TimeAnaheim, CA (Hybrid)Build and maintain relationships with business customers throughout Southern California. Conduct site visits, prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and onboard new accounts. Manage a portfolio of 50+ active accounts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years B2B sales experience
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industry
- Reliable vehicle for customer visits
- Proficiency with CRM software
