Buying Pallets
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is just 10 pallets. We serve businesses of all sizes, from small workshops to large distribution centers.
How much do recycled pallets cost?
Prices range from $3 to $12 per pallet depending on size, grade, and material. Volume discounts are available for orders over 50 units. Contact us for a precise quote.
How quickly can you deliver?
Most orders within Orange County ship same-day or next-day. Los Angeles County is typically next-day. Wider SoCal deliveries take 2-3 business days.
Do you guarantee quality?
Yes. Every pallet is hand-inspected and graded before leaving our facility. If any pallet doesn't meet the stated grade, we replace it at no charge.
Can I mix different sizes in one order?
Yes! We often fill mixed-size orders for customers who need a variety of pallet dimensions. Just let us know the sizes and quantities you need, and we'll put together a single shipment. There's no surcharge for mixing sizes within the same delivery.
Do you offer pallet samples?
For first-time buyers, we can provide 2-3 sample pallets so you can evaluate the quality and fit for your operation before placing a larger order. Samples are available for pickup at our Anaheim facility or can be included with a small delivery for just the cost of transport.
What pallet grades do you carry?
We stock Grade A (like-new condition, minimal wear), Grade B (structurally sound with cosmetic wear), and Grade C (functional but with visible repairs or weathering). Each grade is clearly labeled so you know exactly what you're getting. Most customers find Grade B offers the best value for warehouse and shipping use.
Do you sell new pallets as well?
Yes, we manufacture and sell new pallets in addition to recycled ones. New pallets are available in standard sizes like 48x40 and 42x42, as well as custom dimensions. New pallets are ideal for export shipments, food-grade applications, and any situation where appearance or strict compliance standards matter.
Selling Pallets
What types of pallets do you buy?
We buy all types — wood (stringer and block), plastic, and composite. Any size, any condition. Even broken pallets have recycling value.
Do you offer free pickup?
Yes! We provide free pickup for all pallet purchases within our delivery area. For small quantities (under 25), we may batch pickups in your area.
How much will you pay for my pallets?
Pricing depends on type, condition, and quantity. Standard 48x40 Grade A pallets can fetch $3-5 each. Contact us with details for a specific quote.
How quickly do you pay?
Cash on pickup for walk-in and small orders — you get paid the same day. For recurring commercial accounts, we offer invoice terms at net-15. Direct deposit and check payments are both available for invoiced accounts.
Do you buy pallets from residential locations?
We primarily serve commercial customers, but we're happy to work with anyone who has pallets to sell. If you have a stack of pallets at a residential property, give us a call and we'll do our best to arrange a pickup. For very small quantities (under 10), drop-off at our Anaheim yard is usually the fastest option.
Can I set up a recurring pickup schedule?
Absolutely. Many of our commercial partners have weekly or biweekly pickups on a set schedule. We'll work with your dock manager to find a time that doesn't disrupt your operations. Recurring accounts also benefit from priority scheduling and consistent pricing.
What condition do pallets need to be in for you to buy them?
We accept pallets in any condition — from pristine Grade A to fully broken. The price we pay reflects the condition: intact, reusable pallets command the highest price, while damaged pallets are valued for their recyclable lumber and hardware. Even pallets with broken stringers, missing boards, or significant weathering have value to us.
Recycling
What happens to pallets that can't be reused?
Nothing goes to waste. Unusable pallets are broken down — good lumber is salvaged, remaining wood becomes mulch or biomass fuel, and metals are recycled.
Do you provide recycling documentation?
Yes. We provide waste diversion certificates and recycling documentation for companies that need to report their sustainability metrics.
Can you handle large-volume recycling?
Absolutely. We process thousands of pallets weekly and can handle any volume. We offer scheduled recurring pickups for high-volume generators.
Can I get a tax deduction for recycling?
We provide documentation that may support sustainability reporting for your business. While we can't offer tax advice, many companies use our waste diversion certificates and recycling records to support environmental compliance filings and corporate responsibility reports. Consult your accountant for specifics on deductions.
Do you accept pallets with nails or metal hardware?
Yes. Our facility is equipped to process pallets with nails, brackets, and other metal hardware. We separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals during the dismantling process and send them to metal recyclers, so every component is diverted from the landfill.
Is there a fee for pallet recycling?
In most cases, no. We pick up pallets for free and handle all processing at no cost to you. For contaminated pallets — such as those exposed to chemicals, paint, or hazardous materials — there may be a handling fee due to the additional processing required. We'll let you know upfront if any fees apply after evaluating your load.
Delivery & Logistics
What areas do you deliver to?
Our delivery fleet covers all of Southern California, from Santa Barbara County in the north to San Diego County in the south. Orange County and Los Angeles County are our core service areas with same-day and next-day availability. The Inland Empire, Ventura County, and San Diego metro are served on regular weekly routes.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders of 100 pallets or more anywhere in our SoCal service area. For smaller orders, we charge a flat delivery rate based on distance — typically $50-$150 depending on your location relative to our Anaheim facility. Contact us for an exact quote for your address.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes! All of our delivery trucks are GPS-equipped. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an ETA notification by text or email. You can also call our logistics team at any time for a real-time update on your delivery status.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We offer Saturday morning deliveries by appointment, typically between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Saturday delivery is subject to availability and should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Sunday deliveries are not available at this time.
What type of trucks do you use?
Our fleet includes flatbed trucks and box trucks in various sizes. For large orders we use full-size flatbeds that can carry up to 400 pallets stacked. Smaller orders go out on 16-foot or 24-foot trucks. We can also accommodate liftgate deliveries if your location lacks a loading dock.
Can you do same-day rush deliveries?
Yes, same-day rush delivery is available for orders placed before 10:00 AM for locations within Orange County and nearby parts of Los Angeles County. Rush delivery carries a small surcharge depending on distance and order size. Call our dispatch team directly for rush availability — we do our best to accommodate urgent needs.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
Not necessarily. If you have a designated drop zone — such as a loading dock, parking area, or fenced yard — our drivers can unload without anyone present, as long as access is clear and safe. Just let us know the drop location when you place your order. For deliveries that require a signature or special placement, we'll coordinate a time window that works for your team.
Custom Orders
What's the lead time for custom pallets?
Standard lead time for custom-built pallets is 5-7 business days from order confirmation. Rush orders can be accommodated in 2-3 business days for an additional fee. Lead times may vary for very large orders or specialty materials — we'll confirm timing when you place your order.
Is there a minimum order for custom sizes?
Custom-size pallets have a 25-pallet minimum order. This allows us to set up our shop efficiently and keep per-unit costs reasonable. For quantities under 25, we can often find a close match in our standard inventory that can be trimmed or modified to your specifications.
Can you add branding to pallets?
Yes! We offer several branding options including stencil printing, burn stamping, and painted logos. Stenciling is the most cost-effective for large runs, while burn stamps give a clean, permanent mark. Painted branding is available in any color. Provide your artwork and we'll produce a proof before production.
What materials can you build custom pallets from?
We build custom pallets primarily from hardwood and softwood lumber, including oak, pine, and poplar. For specialized applications we can source heat-treated lumber, plywood decking, or composite materials. Let us know your load requirements and environment, and we'll recommend the best material for your use case.
Can you match an existing pallet design?
Yes. If you have a specific pallet you need replicated, just bring in a sample or send us detailed measurements and photos. We'll reverse-engineer the design and build exact copies. This is especially popular with companies that need replacement pallets for proprietary racking systems or automated warehouse equipment.
Environmental
How do recycled pallets help the environment?
Each recycled pallet prevents approximately 11.5 lbs of CO₂ from entering the atmosphere compared to manufacturing a new pallet from virgin lumber. By extending the life of existing pallets through repair and reuse, we reduce the demand for new timber, lower landfill waste, and cut the energy consumption associated with new pallet production.
Do you provide sustainability certifications?
Yes, we issue waste diversion certificates for every recycling and buyback transaction. These documents detail the volume of material diverted from landfill, the types of processing applied, and the estimated environmental impact. Many of our clients use these certificates for ESG reporting, LEED compliance, and corporate sustainability audits.
What's your waste diversion rate?
Our current waste diversion rate is 98% — meaning only 2% of material that enters our facility ends up in a landfill. We achieve this through a combination of pallet repair and resale, lumber salvage, wood grinding for mulch and biomass, and metal recycling. Our goal is to reach 99.5% diversion by the end of 2026.
Where does the mulch from recycled pallets go?
Wood that cannot be salvaged as lumber is ground into landscape mulch and sold to nurseries, landscapers, and municipalities throughout Southern California. Some material is also processed into biomass fuel for renewable energy generation. This ensures that every piece of wood is put to productive use rather than sitting in a landfill.
Are your operations compliant with California environmental regulations?
Yes. Our facility operates in full compliance with California's strict environmental regulations, including SCAQMD air quality standards and CalRecycle waste management requirements. We maintain all necessary permits and are subject to regular inspections. Our commitment to compliance is part of our broader mission to be the most responsible pallet recycler in Southern California.

Contact us with your organization's details and we'll put together a custom proposal.

We're centrally positioned in Orange County, which allows us to serve the entire Southern California region efficiently. Walk-in customers are welcome during business hours — no appointment needed.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! When you refer a new customer who places an order, you receive a credit toward your next purchase. The credit amount scales with the size of the referred order. Ask your account representative for details or mention the referral when you place your next order.
